Overall not a great experience as you would expect from Hyatt, unclean, smelly and poor experience overall. Room was not clean and was smelly. Elevator was unclean and smelly as well.

I am disgusted at the fifth of this place. The bathroom was dirty with dried piss on the floor! The toilet didn’t even WORK! We had to go downstairs to use the bathroom! Are you kidding? The bed was made with the sheet…
