俊宏TW五樓確實爬樓梯較為麻煩 但有陽台且讀一間挺好的
我覺得插座太少 只集中在電視側充電不太方便
靜宜TW因樓梯不太好爬，上樓就不想下樓，加上電視沒遙控器，電視盒的遙控器也不靈光，無法開啟電視。
離西門捷運站很近
樓梯不太好爬、樓梯有點抖，加上住在四樓加蓋，隔音不太好。
