公共空間有冰箱、飲水機。
附近有超商，也有幾間小吃店。
早餐小小的自助區算是很豐富，可以烤土司、有沙拉、粥，還有滷味。
離捷運站不算近，要走十分鐘。
住的是八樓，推算有八間房，但女性廁所和浴室只有各三間。
如果是注重男女分開的，需要考慮。男女廁所浴室是可以互通的。
