樓上房房間燈光偏暗，停車位也沒有光源輔助，雜草碎石若稍有整理會更好。

位置非常好，散步10分鐘就可以去很多地方。有附泡麵可以當宵夜，還有停車位。
房間的黃色椅子年代較久，有明顯的點點黃斑。
一樓房間遮光不好，客廳如果有人開燈都會照進房間，影響睡眠。

位置佳，且有很好停的停車位，親切並能及時回覆給予，該提供的住宿須知跟提醒都非常清楚，除了老屋不可避免的隔音問題，其他都很好，有機會會再次選擇。
在熱鬧的中西區還能有好停車的停車位非常棒。
因為是老屋隔音較差，除了屋外有人交談或車子的聲音，有其他房客使用一樓公共空間，在房間也能清楚聽見所有對話，但屋主願意即時協助提醒房客注意音量。
