飯店地點鄰近火車站、新天地和大遠百威秀，附近也有許多超商和各式餐廳，其中涵蓋了早午餐、台式、義式、美式和日式⋯⋯等不同類型。

房間大小比照片還大上一些，裝潢風格簡約溫暖且環境整潔，插座和置物空間充足。電視載有 YouTube 和 Netflix（Netflix為手機操作），搭配房間的 Wifi 速度使用無虞。另有冰箱、冷水壺、電熱水壺和膠囊咖啡機，飯店提供的零嘴也相當好吃…

地點、空間、整潔都不錯，可惜就是停車位置有限，太晚到飯店check in，只能找路邊的停車格，不過也代表飯店生意很好~^_^

早餐非常好吃，還有客制歐姆蛋和班尼迪克蛋，非常特別，廁所用的是含烘乾功能的TOTO免治馬桶，很舒適，最重要就在台南火車站旁，推著行李就可以到，對不開車的旅客非常友善，加上台南轉運站很近，直接搭接駁車去亞太球場看球也非常方便，小朋友不小心遺落在房間的泳褲，也很快的用宅急便寄回，硬體設施、服務、早餐、飯店地點都是水準之上，很難再挑出缺點
