TATSUYAスタッフの目配りが良かったです
h初めて利用。スタッフみなさん印象良い。受付の声が小さく聞き取りづらかったです。部屋では皆さん静かでしたが１時半ごろから荷物の整理を始める方が。出入り口前に自分家かのようにスーツケースを開いたままペットボトルも道を塞ぐように置かれ朝までありました。シャワー個室の換気扇は回らないのでしょうか、カビが気になりました。カプセル内は無臭なのが良かったです。換気扇が改善したらまた泊まりたいです

The space is very well organized. The lockers are separated from the capsules on different floors which is a bit inconvenient. Some of the staff were nice and helpful.

駅から近く、ライブ終わりすぐにホテルにたどり着けたのは本当に助かりました。
施設内も掃除が行き届いてる印象があり、スタッフの対応も丁寧でした。
チェックイン開始時間はフロントに人が10人前後と並んでいましたが、受付はスムーズだったのでそこまで待ちませんでした。
受付からすぐ近くに個人ロッカーがあり、荷物はリュックサック程の…
