お部屋まで荷物を運んでくださり、丁寧に説明をしてくださった点。
クラシカルな雰囲気を残しながら、設備は最新で、ルームサービスのオーダーもネットで出来てスムーズだった点。
当日みなとみらいで花火大会があったが、お部屋からよく見られた。
朝食が美味しかった。娘が卵アレルギーがあり、朝食の卵をお断りしたら、温野菜に変更してくださった点。
チェックアウトの後、ぴったりのタイミングでタクシーを手配してくださった点。
鈴木Japan非常に満足です。

さすがなホテルでした。特にスタッフの対応は素晴らしい。何もかもが満足でした。
唯一、戸惑ったのはルームサービスがテレビでオーダーする形になっていた事。高齢者には難しいよ。
