Room is dirty. door also cannot be locked, i was stucked in my room for about 30minutes to wait for their staff to come and bust the door. very disapointing

I always stay here unfortunately the wifi is some time off, however the customer service is really helpful and giving a couple of new wifi and easy to contact them via what's app.
