After making the reservation the owner contacted me and said my family couldn’t stay because there was 4 people. The apartment had a bed for 2 and a sleeper sofa for 2. Not sure why they canceled the reservation.

The location was very accessible within the city: near Aida's Inasal and Gina's Seafood House, which was really cool! Also, it's right behind Ayala Capitol.
Probably the bed, since it's a bit squeaky, but the pillows…
