The staff. When cleaning the room. They forgot to clean the bathroom twice and replace the toilet paper. Had to call front desk to ask.

The hotel is dated and it shows. The bathroom tiles are old, discoloured, the grouting dirty, there is mould. The room is so so, many switches to get the lights off. The pool is tiny…
