heejae연산역 12번출구에서 도보3분거리 가까워서 좋았어요. . 사람없어서그런지 맨 구석자리 줘서 좋았고, 화장실 넓고 깨끗해서 좋았고 방도 딱 혼자서 쓰기에 좋았습니다. 그런데 주변에 술집, 클럽 많아서 주변 길이 더럽고 길도좁고 하수구 냄새 나서 별로 였어요. 방에 담배냄새가 자꾸 올라오는것도 별로였어요. 가격대비 괜찮은곳은 맞지만, 개인적으로 냄새, 주변 환경에 예민해서 두번은 이용안할 것…

djk위치랑 시설이랑 아주 좋아요.
방도 넓직하고 컴퓨터 빵빵하고 소음도 없네요.
원래 테라스 없는방이였는데 직원분께서 배려해주셔서 테라스 있는방으로 받았어요.
위치도 12번 출구 나오자마자 3분?정도면 도착해요. 앞에 경찰서 있어서 ㅋㅋ 치안같은건 신경 안쓰셔도되요. 골목골목에 먹을거 많아서, 굳이 배달 안시켜도 뭐든 먹을 수 있어요.
화장실 엄청 깔끔해서 좋았구 침구류도 깔끔했어요.
다만 냉장고 소리가 커서,…

가성비가 우수한 호텔입니다. 가격을 생각한다면 만족스러운 호텔입니다만 기본적으로 한국의 전형적인 모텔이라 할 수 있습니다. 프론트는 친절하였으며 연산역 바로 인근이어서 편리하며 경찰서와 바로 붙어 있어 치안도 나쁘지 않을 것이라 생각됩니다. 내부의 컴퓨터 시설도 좋았으나 출장 일정이어서 사용할 일은 없었습니다.
