我到埗前，用谷歌地圖再確認，你們顯示的位置是康王中路，但酒店真正地址是光復中路，根本不同地方，第二，丹什麼妮斯酒店？？到埗連名字都轉了，你們expedia連酒店名字改了都不知道嗎，已經改成便捷酒店了，房間真的很不行，牆上有污跡，有鞋印，電話不能打，洗手間有異味，升降機要用房卡開，房卡失靈，要找職員開門。。。豈有此理，expedia要給我交待一下

Staff doesn't know English ! They don't even know Expedia ! You have to show physical paper for checkin ! it takes an hour for check in to happen !

酒店門牌跟接待處都不是丹妮斯酒店，而是廣州城市便捷酒店，但事前並沒有通知，確認 email 都冇講已改名！而且接待員後來告訴我們丹妮斯酒店已跟廣州城市便捷合拼，但為什麼還在賣房間？仲要經 Expedia 訂？之後接待員找不到我們的訂房記錄，要我重新比錢自己再追 hotel.com 取消，花了我一個小時說我怎樣訂房，他們不太相信我已經給了錢！仲要我自己打電話去 Hotel.com…
lemontea很糟糕，強烈建議不要選擇此酒店。
有被騙的感覺，名字更改了，訂單上寫著會一直保留房間給住客，到達時晚上八時多，才告訴我們說沒預留房間，說因為保留到下午六時就自動當作放棄房間，但房租早就在expedia付了，然後說另給我們一間房說是升級了的，進房間以後發現很殘舊，連房內窗都壞了也不修理。前台服務態度也不行，甚麼也不說第二天才知道房卡每天都要重新開通，害我們上到房間要再重新到前台開通，前台語言也不行，只會普通話英文…
