Difficult to find the location at the back. Dirty property, no WiFi, smell of mold, daylight uncomfortable early morning. No accessories in toilet, not even toilet paper holder.

It’s a good area just off the main beach area. Quiet and we could see the smoke from the stream train going by in the distance.
The kitchen door to the utility room kept getting stuck. Had to really push it to open…

We had a lovely time there 5 minutes drive to the beach and we want on the steam train as well lots to do at Swanage
