Unfortunately the mattress was stained with blood with another stain which looked like urine.

Most everything was great. Coffee, tea, biscuits, and sweets too at the front entrance, milk in the fridge. Spare bedding for pullout bed explained and perfectly organised - everything was just as we needed.
