Location.
Tired and tatty. Badly in need of a refurb. We expected far better given the location on Sandbanks. Breakfast was terrible. Staff more on their phones than helping guests. Hot buffet was never complete.

Breakfast was excellent as were the choices available.
Staff at breakfast were good and not overly fussy.
Bath time was a disappointment due to black stuff coming out of the taps and blocked plughole that regurgitated…
