정읍시내에 있고 바로앞에 편의점이 있어서 편리했습니다. 그리고 주차장 자리가 넉넉해서 주차하기 편했습니다.
전기온돌 판넬부분에서 주기적으로 기계음과 같은 소음이 발생해서 잠을 설쳤습니다.
그리고 새벽에 물사러 편의점가기위해 나왔는데 복도에서 담배냄새가 심하게 나서 이건 조치가 필요할 듯 하네요
