HOWON직원인지 사장인지 있는데 서비스마인드가 없는것같아요.

정읍에서 그나마 갈만한 호텔인 것 같아서 갔는데 방음 전혀 안 돼서 옆방 떠들고 노는 소리 다 들리고 화장실 물 내리는 소리 너무 커서 우리 방에서 내리는 줄 알았네요ㅎㅎ 청소 상태 입실하자마자 머리카락 발견하고ㅎㅎ 정읍 갈 일 있으면 차라리 다른 지역 숙소에서 묵을래요..
keunsig시설은 깨끗하고 좋았으나 처음에 예약한 객실금액이 아닌 호텔 자체 숙박비를 결재하여 왠지모르게 기분이 안좋았음
hunsung침대가 너무 딱딱하고, 방에 바퀴벌레가 나왔습니다.
