KUO HSIANG基本上是衝著溫泉設施來的，住宿的地方比較舊，但也還舒適。位置在礁溪大街上，吃喝都很方便。比較遺憾的是我要在門口暫停卸行李時被一台車擋住車道，打電話請職員幫忙，通常應該至少可以去跟車主協調一下，但他只跟我說他也沒辦法.......下次應該會選擇旁邊的中冠，至少停車場就在大門對面，離設施也近，看起來是同一個老闆
SHU JUNG服務品質好，服務人員態度非常好
Cammy已經是第二次入住了, 很好的體驗, 下次再來.
KUANG YU整體不太佳
雪山跟中冠是同一間，一般服務中等，但雪山的櫃檯服務不佳。對於搞不清楚兩邊設施的客人，櫃檯都隨便帶過。
Spa區的櫃子還要自備硬幣，沒帶錢的人當場沒櫃子可鎖。住宿客人還要自己帶房間的毛巾過去，很麻煩。
優點是房間還算寬敞，有降板浴缸。
早餐的肉鬆基本上就是黃豆粉。
