YU CHIEHTW用早餐時間等待太久，有點浪費時間。
cocoTW鬧中取靜的地點，附近有小吃、餐廳、名產店等，非常方便；房間乾淨、空間大、早餐還有當地美味特產，住宿體驗非常棒 ，下次到礁溪會再入住 !
YITINTW雖然lobby很小，房間也不大，但從小細節與周邊服務能感受到飯店的用心，超越這房價的享受。
員工親切有禮貌，周邊服務也很用心。
何TW房間舒適度很棒，溫泉池很棒
可以換適合自己的枕頭很貼心，但始終沒拿到正確數量的枕頭，導致睡落枕了……早餐部份，有特別介紹今天特色料理是刈包及蔥油餅，但從坐下到結束都沒有刈包皮，連鍋蓋都開著，服務人員走來走去都沒人看到……服務方面好像總是少了些什麼

床的舒適度跟枕頭可選擇軟硬度，這點很棒！
入住的是兩張雙床房，原來期待房間的大浴缸可泡湯，但實際查看發現浴缸裏有殘留些微泥土等不是很乾淨，故後來僅稍微泡一下腳而已。

停車位很少很不方便，房間超小床也很小很軟、隔音也很差，早餐也差強人意
