Very friendly staff! We couldn't find the door because it was closed and there was no sign. So we called and they came out to help us.
Great location as too, 5 minutes walking from Plaza mayor.

Firstly this is more of a hostel not a hotel. Wifi was awful, we needed wifi on asking an excuse of location was made for the tardy wifi. We were first put into a freezing room.We were finally moved to a less cold room…
