The room quite simple is good value for money for such an affordable price. The place is quiet enough to have a good sleep.

松山駅から徒歩で5分ほどと立地は最高。地下道の出入り口が目の前にあるので、暑い中、外を歩かなくてもホテルにいけます。直ぐ側にコンビニエンスストア、また手頃な価格で朝食が楽しめるローカル食堂もあります。
水回りが特に良くなかった。古い建物なので長年の間蓄積してきたカビ汚れなどが気になりました。エアコンが旧式のものでついている間はずっと音が鳴って気になった。風量の調整があまり効かな…

主に設備面です。ドアの鍵が開けにくいです。トイレは紙が流せません。シャワーの水圧が弱いです。
