奶奶人很好，雖然語言不通但有任何問題奶奶都會盡力協助！住宿中沒有電梯，但奶奶都會幫客人提行李（雖然跟她說沒關係但奶奶還是會幫忙）若需要幫忙叫計程車奶奶也會協助
每天出門後都會有人收拾房間，補上瓶裝水、毛巾、衛生紙等，把被子折好並收拾垃圾，很貼心。…
Jie YingTW帶了一位剛會走路的一歲小孩入住，小孩很喜歡韓式暖房，可以在房間裡走來走去，然後老闆和老闆娘非常熱情，充滿人情味，主動提供了很多協助，離開的那一天早上下大雨又要趕飛機，所以匆忙離開沒辦法好好跟老闆和老闆娘告別，只好在這裡跟老闆和老闆娘說聲 謝謝您們四天的照顧了~

The owner is very helpful. She showed us around, took us to train station, and washed our laundry . The place is basic but very tidy and clean. She takes care of her property and guests.
