Please note, guests must be at least 21 years or older to check-in. The OYO Times Square has a mandatory Resort Fee of $45.00 plus taxes per room, per night. The credit card used to make the reservation is required at check-in. Upon check-in, a credit card will be required for incidentals/security deposit. Please note the nightly resort fee includes the following: • Luggage storage prior to arrival & after departure (no overnight storage) • In-room mini fridge and/or microwave upon request • Complimentary wi-fi • Complimentary local & long distance phone calls from the guest room. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. OYO Times Square is committed to providing its guests and associates with a smoke free environment. Smoking tobacco, pipes, vapes, e-cigarettes and marijuana is strictly prohibited within the hotel. Pets are allowed at an additional charge of $100 USD per pet, per night, per room. Smoking penalty: $400 + tax per incident, applied only if smoking is detected; smoking detection sensors are in place; tampering is prohibited. A damage deposit of $100 per night is required on arrival.
