剛到達發現飯店是位於一幢很舊的大廈時，已經開始有心理準備，飯店可能沒有想像中那麼好。到達後，職員告知自助登記入住機壞掉了，所以他連忙幫我辦理手續。態度友善有禮，效率蠻不錯。
但進到房間以後，發覺煙味破重，而且洗手間的污垢黑黑的藏了很久，覺得噁心。我連忙把自己帶來的殺蟲劑噴了整個房間，把一次性床單鋪在他們有污漬的床單上。我也用自己的一次性毛巾，沒有用到他們有着舊污漬的毛巾。所以第…
TAKAYUKIチェックインの際に部屋の準備が出来ておらず待たされた。また、その際にインターホン越しの対応なので、なかなか言葉が通じない状況。
チェックインの機械も日本語対応していたものの説明書きがないので手間取った。
ただ、通りかかった女性のスタッフが丁寧に対応して頂きその後はスムーズにチェックイン出
来ました。それ以外はテレビの故障などありましたが普通に過ごせました。
