1. 房間很臭，都是煙味，越晚越多，一直吸三手菸。
2. 浴缸有許多無法清除的污漬，旁邊雖然有電視，但可惜壞掉了無法使用。
3. 衣櫃裡的衣架無法拿出使用，懸掛的溼衣服可能導致衣櫃內發霉。
4. 房內燈光昏暗。
思萍TW距離離市區較遠，但家庭房空間很大，
屋況很新，整體蠻乾淨的，視野風景也不錯。
早餐也很豐盛。
