這次拿到一張壞掉的嬰兒床，工作人員換了一張塵封已久的嬰兒床給我們，上面佈滿灰塵。雖然後來經過告知後工作人員有協助擦拭，但還是差強人意。下次可能不敢再入住了。
玉雪TW原本入住的房間冷氣不涼，向櫃台反應後，很快的幫我們換到另一個樓層的房間，服務態度真的很棒！
