A comfortable, modern guest house, that serves an excellent breakfast.
Great location for the seafront, central Hastings and old Hastings. The breakfast was excellent.
Parking would have been a bonus but Priory Street car park was 2 minutes away and securely locked at night.

Inviting Boutique Guest House in a superb location to the Old & New Towns as well as the seafront.

Free parking is available outside Number 46 between the hours of 18:00 - 08:00 Monday - Saturday and all day Sunday. Paid parking is available at Priory Street car park, located on the next road. All day free parking is available a short walk from Number 46. All rooms are serviced daily apart from the apartment which is serviced on the 8th day of a guest's stay. Double Rooms are not suitable for travel cots, maximum number of guests for double rooms are 2 including children. Family Rooms sleep a maximum of 2 adults and 1 child. Apartment/Suite sleep a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children. Please note that guests must provide a valid credit/debit card when booking. Number 46 will charge the full amount of the booking 7 days before arrival. Please note that this property cannot accommodate stag, hen and similar parties. Number 46 is a strictly a nonsmoking/non vaping property. Guests are charged a GBP 100 fine if found to be smoking/vaping on the premises.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.
