Consigliato , perfetto per lo sci , famiglia accogliente
Zona molto comoda per sciare, posto auto, possibilità di usare la cucina e proprietari estremamente accoglienti , é come stare in famiglia
La cucina non è pulitissima

The place is family owned and run. They they are very relaxed and hospitable. Great location mid way between Niseko and Rusutsu.
No place is perfect but I dont have any complaints

Bugs in room, dog poo/pee on ground in hotel, dogs scratching at door at 5 am. Didn't refund.
We found little of value with this place.
We had low expectations going into this stay, since it was one star, but those expectations were not even meant. Hard to know where to start, but we had multiple issues - there…

Really enjoyed the location it’s right in the middle of Rutsutsu and niseko so we were able to choose based on conditions. Staff were great, Oka and Mami were both friendly, helpful, and overall wonderful folks.
