Shuttle busses are available from JR Niseko Station, Nisekohirafu Ski Report and Nisekoannupuri Ski Resort. Please contact the hotel at least 3 days before the check-in date. You must check in by 19:00 to eat dinner at the property. Guests who check in after this time may not be served dinner, and no refund will be given. Guests with a tattoo may not be permitted to enter public bathing areas and other public facilities. Please be informed that no pets are allowed to stay or entire property premises.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests must check in by 19:00 to eat dinner at this property.
