Beautiful property, lovely staff, relaxing onsen. Amazing breakfast on the top floor - the view was absolutely gorgeous. Also very conveniently located to the train station and main sights of Otaru.

we stayed for 7 days. very nice resort. close to ski lift, supper market,restaurant....hotel is nice and clean. excellent onsen.we love it.the front desk staffs are friendly.

Tiny rooms. Shared toilet not cleaned regularly- skid marks still in toilet. They don’t tell you that the shared bathroom is completely public (you are have a shower next to someone else completely naked) and you can’t…
