Please inform Kizuna in advance of your expected arrival time at least 3 days in advance. Please also note the following: - The front desk closes at 18:00 between 1 May and 31 October. During this period, late check-in until 19:30 is accepted only if the property is notified in advance. - The front desk is open 24-hours between 1 December and 30 April. Please note that requesting an extra bed costs a different amount in summer and winter. Please contact the property directly for more details. Eco Housekeeping service is offered every 3 days or 7 days. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A deposit may be required at the property.
