Location is fantastic and the staff was exceptional.
The room was nothing special, really just a place to crash.
GereonCHI stayed in 3 other hotels for the same price range which offered much nicer rooms.
Staff was very friendly and immediately offered a tea when I was arriving.
The room was small and too noisy.
The bathroom not nice for the price range.
The carpet was old and dirty
