Location and design
State of disrepair. Some manager should take time to carry out small and minor repairs, fans not working, headboards falling, sockets falling, naked wires.....

rwcep didn't get it, they didn't know what booking.com was, they tried to raise the price because the price I said (from booking.com) according to them didn't exist, dramatic service, check-in took 45 minutes
