Good location.
I arrived to a running washing machine and a full basket of dirty towels next to it without any clean towels for myself. The host ironically apologised. No hand soap either.

Easy access, great host, good parking, close to grocery store. Peaceful area, full of families with kids, still silent at nights.
Everything was good, met or exceeded my expectations.
