staff is very polite and helpful. all facilities is terribly bad and old. internet like 2g net work . cannot even watch YouTube. i give 2 star

Hotel location is good, buffet has varieties but check in/room availabilty past 2pm. We got 1 of the 3 room very late.

Our room does not have any mini fridge. And the 2nd room mini fridge door was faulty.
Our main door does not have security latch.

Went to the hotel to check in only to be blatantly told that we dnt hv any reservation with them. The male receptionists just told us off " no reservation, cannot find name. no name" He is blatantly RUDE... My husband…
