満足度高い
とてもラグジュアリーで、開放感のある広々とした部屋でした。駅まで歩いて10分程度。駐車場あるのは貴重、ただ駐車案内はタイムラグがあるのでブッキング経由より直電が良い。快適に過ごすことができました。金沢に来る際はまた泊まりたい。
建物正面が消防署なので出動があるとサイレンが少し聞こえますが、寝れない程ではない。防音対策されてるかな。

女の対応がよくない！
トイレが二つある、洗面パウダールームなど設備がいい。
洗濯乾燥付き、洗剤もあったのはたすかる。
部屋の広さは8人でも充分
電話対応。
女性スタッフの電話で分からないことを質問して、ため息やら、今説明してもわかりますか？など駐車場への対応など酷過ぎる！
せっかく設備がいいのにあの対応されたら腹立ちます！
説明も下手くそだしだ説明通りにいったら場所が違うなど、もう少し接客しっかり…

広い、むしろ広すぎるが・・・
食器、冷蔵庫、電子レンジなど、連泊しても、ほぼ必要なものは揃っている
リビングスペースはソファ、大型テレビなど申し分なし
1点残念だったことをあげると、トイレに手洗いがなく、洗面所までの動線が長いことだった。
入口脇に作業スペースがあったが、仕事をするにはもう少し作業スペースが広いとありがたかった。

快適に過ごさせていただき感謝しております。キッチン付き物件なので、キッチン関係を拡充して頂けると非常にありがたいと感じました。
部屋の広さも十分過ぎるほどで、設備がとても綺麗です。
ご対応も非常にありがたかったです。
駐車場はコンパクトカー向けで、自分の保有する大型車の場合、別のパーキングへ駐車が必要かと思います。
キッチン関係の備品種類が少なかったと感じました(箸やグラス、コップ、小皿は十分です)。
ボール関係、ザルまたは穴あきボール、大皿関係はなかったです。

とても満足しました！
部屋も広く、湿気臭いなども無く、トイレも綺麗。車で来ましたが、無料専用駐車場(歩いて2〜3分)があったのが一番助かりました。金沢駅にも散歩がてらで行けれる距離でした。
良くなかったところは特に無く満足しましたが、あえて言えば、最初部屋の行き方が良くわからず、電話をして対応していただきましたが、予約の際などに部屋の行き方の写真などがあれば、わかりやすいかな？と感じました。
