Wonderful stay
A fantastic experience. Sleeping in such a historic place—a former samurai home. A private onsen, peace and quiet, wonderful breakfasts, and incredibly friendly service. We spent two wonderful days here.

This was a relaxing place to stay. It’s tucked away next to the river, between the station and Higashi Chaya. The staff were lovely, and very caring, considerate of my pregnancy. The private onsen was excellent.
