Booked 2 rooms for 5 nights. Concierge, Reception snd Coffee Bar (chocolate hour) staff were great - very helpful.

Even though it is over expensive according to Hanoi standarts, the service is definetly so bad. The reception was so rude as a manner, they are not helping on anything. Breakfast was weak with less european options.…
