Somehow, they couldn’t find the reservation at arrival. However, Meredith was the absolute BEST and did everything to sort the issue. Took a while but it did turn out ok. Meredith was a star!

We had to get let in our rooms by the front desk, the beds where like sleeping on cardboard, there was dog hair on the bed sheets. It smelt bad.
