ThomasSliding door to pool lock DID NOT work. Told management about it and was supposed to be fixed, but didn’t happen. No safe in room so I was constantly worried about belongings and safety.
Pool dirty and had trash…
yee yatchaotic management, bad check in experience even though I inform the hotel well beforehand that I would arrive at around 2230houts. There simply had no record at the front desk staff, aaafter prolonged waiting, I got one…
