金額を考えると、うーん。。。と思うところもありますが、総じて快適でした。
スタッフはみなさんいつも笑顔で対応してくれました。宿泊前のメールのレスポンスも早かったです。朝食のレストランからの眺めはとても良いです。木造で温もりのある感じの広いお部屋も好みでした。2階をリクエストしましたが、ちゃんと聞き入れてもらえました。
トイレがとても狭かったです。日本人でも狭いので、欧米の方はすごく狭くて、座ったらヒザが当たってドアを閉められないんじゃないかと思います…

Customer service was excellent, service with a smile, nothing was too much trouble.

100% recommend this place.
Initially in room 31 but had a cramped balcony, ask to move and no problem.
