1.洗濯サービス 忘れられ、出発当日渡し。前日着替えできず、洗濯の意味なし。お詫びもなし。
2.部屋ドア設備 自動でロックかからず、開いてしまう事度々あり。チェックイン時より調子が悪かったが、大丈夫と言われ、そのまま使用。夜中風でドアが開いてしまい、とても怖かった。中から自分では鍵をかけられない仕様。
