Location, easy access. Strong AC, water, toilet. Clean. Fairly quiet. You can reach the rear elevators directly from the underground mall and the Metro.
Bed isn't very soft. No windows.

Excellent location and really bad WiFi
Location is extremely convenient to a lot of places.
I will come back for vacation but not on a formal or serious business trip.
The WiFi did not work most of the times. When it does work, not good enough for business…
