Avoid this place!
No English spoken, not friendly, virtually no service. Room dirty. Breakfast cold with no one around and no coffee and no toast. We were the only guests in the hotel and now I understand why! Sorry to be negative. But…

It was a good location by the Jomtien Beach. I can walk across the street to get the beach and also not very crowded that very good for my long holiday

Low price for its location
Breakfast was not served on our first day because it was still close at 8am. But remaining days they asked us what time we will eat and serve us breakfast.
