隔音超爛，全部都是遠端訊息服務
下午四點才能入住
地點很市區，風格很古老日式。
冷氣聲音很像颱風天、不太冷。
廁所不大間、衛浴蓮蓬頭是壞掉的
燈光全黃光昏暗
清潔度馬馬虎虎，如果容易過敏要吃藥。
門不太好開。
隔音不盡理想，幾點有人開門、幾點有人感應門禁、外面路人說話騎車聽得一清二楚。
睡覺基本上是訓練定性，訓練如何不受影響的睡眠。

老房子隔音不佳可以預料。1樓房間門外就是大門，每次有人進出，電子鎖上鎖的『嗶』聲很明顯，巷弄有機車通過也是。

冷氣故障噴水沒有事先告知，預約停車位也無回覆，房間灰塵較多，過敏的人不適合住，整體過於昏暗

能了解榻榻米維護比較不容易，但房內無法飲食實在不方便。其他還有冰箱、燒水。都在一樓客廳也很不不方便。客廳要換鞋也很不方便。因為在疫情期間，室外又熱，餐飲都帶回來吃又怕吵到其他房客。房內是真的很漂亮，跟照片沒什麼誤差，睡起來非常舒服。但綜合不便感跟舒適度，不便趕感更強烈。
