The beach down below
No double glazing, traffic noise can be heard especially at night. The carpets are generally dirty. My room was dirty upon check in (bread crumbs on the floor, windows dirty).

Parking, it had under ground parking but no elevators to main floor. Room service. Very difficult to order ice through room service. Had to to to the restaurant.

Only a few sunbeds at the pool and none at the beach.
