①立地の良さ。西茶屋街、兼六園、コンビニ、バス停が近く観光がしやすい
②管理人さんは親切なお人柄で安心して過ごせた
③洗濯機、ドライヤー、リネン、アメニティーなどがしっかり備えてあること
①お部屋は2階ですが階段が狭く大きなスーツケースなどは運びこみが大変なところ
②スーツケースなどを置く、または広げる場所があまりない
