屏潔TW清潔極需改善
房子是老屋裝潢，很溫馨的感覺，如果喜歡打麻將的有電動麻將桌可以使用，地理位置也還不錯，管家人員親切。
清潔度糟糕。
房子大多地方都有塵蟎，廚房水槽發霉，雖然沒有使用抽油煙機，但是也太油膩了，感官很差，廚房的水槽有水溝臭味，再來是很多平面處都積很厚的灰塵，感覺平時維護做的不好，全部的水龍頭都有水溝，蓮蓬頭也很可怕除了水溝看起來也發霉了，二樓衛浴的部分，一進去發霉味真的真的很臭，…
CocoTW環境整潔乾淨，外面有一個七人座的休旅車也剛好可以停車的空間。公共區域空間不算非常大但寬敞，還有電動麻將桌可以玩～
一樓沒有裝冷氣，所以人多的時候比較容易感到悶熱。即便是開了二樓房間和一樓房間的冷氣門打開向外吹，也需要加電扇一起吹才不會太熱
