俊凱TW非常漂亮的海景房，有投影機、音響、冰箱、電磁爐、餐具、鍋碗瓢盆應有盡有，準備的很周到，晚上不一定要玩到很晚，買點食材回來煮，配netflix 超級舒服。

시설도 좋았습니다.
주차를 할 수 없어 유료주차장을 이용했는데 상당히 비쌌습니다.
아래층이 모두 음식점, 노래방이어서 냄새가 올라오고, 밤에 시끄러웠습니다.
