The fine print

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Lotus Pool Villa in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of THB 7000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that room rates do not include an electrical usage fee. The electrical fee will be charged at THB 6 per unit. The amount will be deducted from the security deposit paid at the end of the guest stay. Note that for bookings on the period of December to February, guests are offered with free 100 units of electricity consumption. Any exceeding consumption will be charged at THB 6 per one electrical unit. Cleaning services and towel change will be provided once every other days, while bed sheets will be changed once per week. For bookings with a minimum stay of 7 nights, guests will receive a complimentary one-way airport pick up transfer. Please contact the property directly for more information. G
